RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
30-Day return PolicyWright's Gift Shop proudly stands behind the quality brand names we offer our customers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Wright's Gift Shop/ Wrights Farm Store. Any item purchased online may be shipped back in its original packaging to our store by using an insured or traceable carrier or returned in person to our store location. The original sales receipt must accompany all items returned. All items returned must obtain an RA#. RA# can be obtained by calling our customer service at 401-534-0046. Refunds can only be credited to the original credit card. All returns and exchanges will be processed within two weeks of receipt.
Non Returnable/Non RefundableFood and personal care products cannot be returned. Gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable. Items on sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless in the unlikely event it is defective. All sale item purchases are final.
Special Orders: When placing a special order, No Returns or Refunds will be allowed. All Special Orders are Final Sale.
IMPORTANT WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN OF ANY ITEM WITH AN INDICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN USED.
Error in ShippingIn the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Please email us within 48 hours of your items received at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Out of Stock ItemsIf an item is out of stock we will notify you when you place your order. In rare cases an item may become unavailable after you have placed your order and additional stock cannot be obtained. In such a case we will notify you of the cancelled item.
Returns/Exchange Instructions1. Please call 401-534-0046 Monday thru Friday 9am-3pm est. to obtain RA #.
2. Ship back items in original packaging. Please include original packing slip with reason for return.
3. Please write the RA# given on the outside of the box near or on the shipping label.
4. Bring package to the nearest insured and traceable carrier.
