RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30-Day return Policy

The Gift Shop at Wrights Farm proudly stands behind the quality brand names we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 30 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping cost. Any item purchased online may be shipped back in its original packaging to the store by using an insured or traceable carrier or returned in person to our store location. The original sales receipt must accompany all items returned. All items returned must obtain an RA#.  Refunds can only be credited to the original credit card. All returns and exchanges will be processed within two weeks of receipt.

Non Returnable/Non Refundable

Food and personal care products cannot be returned. Gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable. Items on sale are not returnable or exchangeable unless in the unlikely event it is defective. All sale item purchases are final.

IMPORTANT WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN OF ANY ITEM WITH AN INDICATION THAT IT HAS BEEN USED.

Error in Shipping

In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping costs upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.  Please email us within 48 hours of your items received.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock we will notify you when you place your order. In rare cases an item may become unavailable after you have placed your order and additional stock cannot be obtained.  In such a case we will notify you of the cancelled item.

Returns/Exchange Instructions

1.Please call 401-534-0046 Monday thru Friday 9am-3pm est. to obtain RA #.
2.Ship back items in original packaging. Please include original packing slip with reason for return.
3. Please write the RA# given on the outside of the box near or on the shipping label.
4. Bring package to the nearest insured and traceable carrier.
